Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders may already be in processing and we may no longer be able to accommodate modifications or cancellations.
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care to package all orders securely to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives physically broken or defective. Minor packaging damage (such as dents or cosmetic issues to the box) that does not affect the product itself is not considered product damage.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@veniccy.com and attaching clear photos of the damage.
If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, VENICCY is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
If you experience a shipping issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance. VENICCY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
